AKA Education Group brings together six of New Zealand’s leading Private Tertiary Providers: Alpha Educational Institute, Kauri Academy, AGI Education, SRA Academy, CC Training Academy (CCTA) and Auckland College of Tertiary Studies (ACTS)
Combining proven expertise and outstanding learner outcomes in the Business, Healthcare, Makeup artistry, Early Childhood Education, Youth Work, and construction sectors, we have come together with a vision to grow and empower our students to make a difference for themselves, their whanau and their society.
At AKA Education Group we put our students at the heart of everything we do, engaging and nurturing our students and maintaining a focus on the ability to ‘do’ rather than just ‘know’. In this way we guide and support our students on their journeys into their chosen careers.

Initiative
The He Ara Kaitiaki Tāngata – a portal to Employment Initiative provides opportunities for healthcare facilities and pharmacies (community and hospital) to partner with AKA Education Group’s Healthcare training providers and contribute to growing the pipeline of Kaitiaki Tāngata and shaping the next generation of aged caregivers, diversional recreational therapists, & pharmacy technicians in Aotearoa New Zealand.
